Great place, wonderful for families but make sure you do your dinner bookings as soon as you book your hotel. We did several weeks out and it was limited slots left. But don’t let that stop you, it’s incredible there!

Great for kids. Wonderful friendly staff. Don’t bother eating at the buffet at the Copra - very expensive and not value for money although it looks like the cheaper option. Better to eat at Tavolo which has table service and you get what you pay for, or if celebrating, Black Coral. A folder of information about the resort and prices in the room would have been helpful. That way we might have worked out sooner not to eat at the Copra.

Plantation Island was a dream to stay at with our small family and our friend's families. Our beachfront motel room was spacious and comfortable and while a top story room may seem better, having the bottom story room made it easy for our preschooler to pop out and find our friends close by as well as be easily supervised with a wide space to play in. The playgrounds and pools were also appreciated and well used by our family. Staff were amazingly hospitable and we adored the easy and complimentary access to kayaks and wide range of food options, although definitely expect to pay resort prices. Lots of fun events and activities on and appreciated all the efforts of Kids Club staff. Curry night at Copra is a highly recommended highlight. Vinaka vakalevu!

What really makes the experience special is the staff—they are incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely amazing, going above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome.
