The reception staff were very rude when we checked in. Our villa smelt of dampness and has mould around the air con and also in the bathroom, the complex needs a good clean and tidy up and is seems a little run down.
Breakfast was ok, but not as large variety as other hotels. The staff at breakfast were very nice and helpful.
Our villa was very large and the complex was very quiet with no one hardly in the pool. Great spot for relaxing
For $120AUD per night it was a good price.

The hotel was well-kept; the pools were huge and nice. the beach is nice to sit on but not suitable for swimming. There are a few restaurants nearby and spas. The location was slightly out of way from the central business district.

I’m grateful for the kind staff. The hotel is beautiful and a perfect place to hide away and relax while having massages nearby and there’s a bar on the corner that stays open late. Very sweet accommodation. Thank you for hating me and my son.

Overall Property is too old and not good if you are Indian and Vegetarian, The Hotel is only good for Chinese, Korean, and Japanese tourists. We survive only on bread and fruit for breakfast no other option

Be careful of this place. Our entire floor smell like mold and probably had mold. I checked out early of my hotel due to an emergency and they refused to give me a refund to I ended up calling my credit card. Additionally, they were kinda of racist towards us, they paid more attention to the Koreans guests and Chinese guests than us. Please avoid this hotel at all cost.

Initially I booked with Zign Premium Villas which is the sister property and right across the street. However the check-in process was a disaster so I decided to just stay at the Zign Hotel. The room was ok. Beds were hard and thin covers. The staff was not friendly except the bellsman who helped me with my luggage. I ordered room service twice and my order was wrong BOTH times even after the waitress repeated the order. The food was terrible. The only things I enjoyed were the spa and the private beach access. It’s very far from everything and it’s really hard to get a taxi to go into the city.

Service standard is lacking.when I checked in, there were more than 6 staff at the counter, but I was asked to wait for a particular staff who was serving someone who seemed to be checking in for 20 to 30 people. After waiting for a while, I decided to ask for another service staff….on Saturday night, the carpark was full and I was told to double park and leave my car unlocked so that the valet can move my car by pushing it. Eventually, I parked outside the compound. This hotel is in a godforesaken place with no attractions within 1.5km. The roads leading to the hotel are really small and not suitable for walking. Suggest you stay closer to Central Pattaya, near Terminal 21 mall where there is more to do.
