A good room that is starting to show some age. The mattress is a bit too soft for me. But it’s a perfectly fine room, especially for the price. The rest of the property is is great shape and up to date, as is the room itself. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was only 20 minute walk after our Rhine cruise and easy to find via Google. Friendly helpful staff as we decided to eat in and got delicious cocktails with the buffet. Room was excellent and buffet breakfast to be recommended. Loved the pink grapefruit and bacon! Very close to the train station ( less than 5 mins) made our one night stay

Perfect location for Mainz HBF. A 20min safe walk to the old town. Very helpful friendly staff - thank you. Great to have the option to open the window or use the aircon. One recommend would be to have the option for more pillows on the bed as only one each. Would happily stay again.

The hotel is within a 5-minute walk of Mainz train station. The hotel is located in the opposite direction to the downtown area, so it is quiet and safe. The hotel facilities are standard in Germany and are fine.

I have stayed here twice; once on business and then again for a business/ couple’s weekend combo trip. Like other hotels from this company, it is basic. Nothing special, but clean and new. Breakfast is great and staff is very helpful. I would stay here again. Perfect for business or if you plan to walk around the city on a weekend tour. Close to main train station, university and the center city (where most historical cites are located).

Perfectly ok for a few nights stay, comfortable bed, nice size and a very quiet room - despite facing a motorway. A perfect welcome at the reception - efficient and polite, without taking too much time. A clean, spacious, and a nicely lit up bathroom, with good ventilation. The room comes with a drink cooler fridge, a kettle, and a tea/coffee tray. Entrance is virtually behind the train station, and next to a bus/tram stop, making it super easy to reach the rest of the city. Our second, and if ever back in Mainz, not the last time here.

Good location, clean but dated

Location was ideal next to the railway station but it was noisy but that was not the hotels fault. The girl on reception was friendly and helpful The hotel rooms themselves weren’t very welcoming. They were dark and dated but very clean. I didn’t like that they changed the towels every day whether we wanted them to or not. Not very green. Our stay was ok!

Will not stay here again. The front desk person when we checked in was exceptional! He was very helpful, outgoing and professional. The lunch we had was poor and tasteless, we did not know why the other staff said, that customers enjoyed it , it was over priced with no flavor and we had to pay extra for coffee. Certainly! Here’s an improved version of your feedback: In principle, this could be a nice hotel, but my experience was disappointing. Upon entering my room, I found a bucket placed under the air conditioning unit, which was constantly dripping. The noise made it impossible to sleep. I reported the issue the next day, and rather than properly fixing it, they simply applied tape to the unit. Unsurprisingly, this didn’t stop the leak. Worse, they removed the bucket, causing the room to become soaked and unhygienic. I requested assistance again, but nothing changed. The hotel should never have rented out a room in this condition and, at the very least, should have provided me with a new room on the second day. Given this experience, I doubt I will return.
