The room was dirty, the sheets had holes, there was make up on the the pillow cases, stains (i think any way) on the comforter. There was a bucker of fabuloso left on the floor with a dirty cleaning rag. We went to ask for ice and they gave me a small bag of ice in two cheep thin ass bags. The guy at check out looked like he needed to shoer and was always o. His phone

It is great because it is very cheap, everything is close, but it lacks a microwave, refrigerator, it is not mandatory, but it helps when you need to heat food or store something. I think that for the price everything is fine, the only thing that they do have to change are the beds. They are stones, not at all comfortable, I woke up several times from back pain because I didn't sleep comfortably. The customer service is terrible, the people at the reception are not friendly, no smile, they need to make an effort to smile, be more friendly.
