Night front desk left some to be desired
Night service personnel acted as though I was interrupting his time on his cell phone. Not very hospitable for someone in a hospitality role. Morning front desk person was great.

It was a real good stay and i would recommend it to anyone...the man at the front desk for day shift was exceptional and very friendly and helpful...

Staff was helpful, but I had to ask how to make the tv work. WiFi was out-no explanation, Just an apology. Bathroom floor needed mopping. Don’t have real high expectations of this chain, but this one was disappointing. Just a quick in and out so it wasn’t a big deal.

Sheets were stained- so gross !!! Heat was inconsistent- Cable didn’t work and my hills and had to keep hitting a button on the cable box to make it work. A bunch of kids above us jumping around All night. Front desk person went up several times. Beyond disappointed.

Could definitely be better.
The walls and the carpets definitely hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Tv was small, dated and in an awkward place for viewing. The beds were comfortable but the sheets had stains all over them. The staff was very nice and the service and location was great but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Has gone down every time we stay
Leak in sink, dripping from upstairs, redoing bathroom upstairs. The beds need replacing and carpet needs cleaning. Among other things. Are you closing this hotel because seems that way. It is close to our sons house but we will no longer stay here.
