Located in the old town with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Comfortable and modern rooms, with good AC. Mario and Luka are wonderful hosts and super welcoming. The 3 course breakfast was a nice bonus.

I can say enough about our stay. Luca and Mario made us feel right at home. From helping us with our luggage, to making wonderful recommendations for our visit. The morning breakfast were 5-syae along with a spectacular evening menu and wine list. Also, the location just can't be beat...you're in the very heart of Spilt with everything within waling distance. We plan to return and will definitely look forward to another stay!

We had a fantastic stay, everything is prepared with a lot of attention to detail. The location is absolutely the best and the room design is very modern and well maintained. But what really makes the difference is Luka and Mario who were always looking after us, great communication and the best hospitality. We also loved the breakfast, fantastic food and ambiance.
