Great hotel, great price
Stayed four nights. Hotel was very nice. Room was really clean and bed was very comfortable. Amazing room for the price we paid. Only slight issue was the noisy rooms around me. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying very late in the evening. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Friendly but room is kind of run down or just not
The customer service was good but the room had broken pieces on both the door going into the room and the bathroom door. There were also ants all over the floor. We didn't have any shampoo or toothpaste in our room. And the reservoir for the coffee machine was completely disgusting. I'm trying to add photos on here to show you the broken bathroom door and the broken doors at the entrance to our room but the app is now not letting me add the photos. Honestly both doors looked like somebody had kicked the doors in. The bathroom door is absolutely needs to be totally replaced.

I’ll choose a different hotel next time.
-The bedroom door, if closed with the slightest bit of pull would automatically lock. Leaving an infant in the room alone without anyone being able to get in. One of us headed downstairs for help and bumped into a hotel worker & they had absolutely no clue what to do. Just told us to keep trying…my dad was able to get it open but like what the heck?! That should have never been a thing and for it to have locked 3 more times is INSANE. Your own cleaner told us the door locks all the time when she came to help us open it when we were leaving. - The table was half broken and had someone else’s trash inside when we went to open it up into a lifted double table. It became stuck & ended up falling down and not reopening leaving us without out my keys or wallet... Eventually I got it open the next morning but my point is, it obviously had not been cleaned or checked prior to our stay. It needs to be fixed before someone get hurt. -As I was waiting for the door to get open, some female entered the room (assuming she works for the hotel, she didn't bother to introduce herself) & had the nerve to ask me if I smoked in the room (I’ve never been a smoker). I have stayed many times at your hotel & never once have I received a single complaint & always leave the room clean and picked up. By the way, might want to turn the chemicals down a notch on the pool. My youngest is currently at urgent care because her body broke out as well as my oldest face. Both horribly swollen and red.

Longing for a good night’s rest
This hotel was not clean. Our room was in horrible condition. Between people slamming the door next door, loud noisy from the highway , and an inefficient heating system, we got very little sleep. The 8.8 rating is simply inaccurate.

Don't book this if you actually want to sleep.
Someone was vaping and it set off the fire alarm. We all had to vacate at 3AM. When we were finally allowed back inside we couldn't get back to sleep. We asked for financial considerations and we were told sorry. We booked this hotel so we could actually sleep and we were not able to do this and the hotel staff could care less.
