The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location close to the LeConte Center and shopping. It’s a great, centrally located and the room was clean and smelled fresh. It needs a little remodeling, but otherwise it’s a great choice for the price. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful.

Great time again

This is our 2nd year in a row to stay at this hotel for Jeep Invasion. The front desk lady was wonderful and friendly and always willing to help with towels l. Bed are comfortable and clean. If you're a taller person the shower head is a bit short but still good pressure and temperature. Great option for pools both are smaller but havong an inside pool was great during the rain storms that were going on during our stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very close to everything u want and need and trolley stops, pet policy was great, and the hot breakfast made our mornings fantastic! We stayed at the Baymont Pigeon Forge near Island Forge and it was really comfortable and really nice. We were attending a festival. When we left, the next day at home the manager called and asked if I had lost my drivers license. They found it in the parking lot and they mailed it to me, how awesome!

The room was ok but the bathroom was not. The commode had a black ring around where the water level was and the tub wasn’t very clean. We had to clean it before we took a bath. Also the parking is not good.
