Great staff - very friendly and happy to help. Rooms are small (which is usual for Paris) but very well thought out. We had a balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower which felt very special. Great location - close to Saint-Lazare station and multiple other metro stations yet not noisy or too tourist-y. Nice shop, bakery and restaurants nearby too.

We really enjoyed our stay at le 12 Hotel. Near the Saint-Lazarae train station. The room was very nice, modern design, expected of course for this range of hotels, the only downside was that it is a bit small but manageable. Super friendly staff, very kind. Pleasent, modern Hotel in a great spot. The street was quite, only the trash truck in the morning, as you would expect in a big city. Everyone was very nice. The Rooms are very, very small (Floor 2), but that is what you expect in Paris. Room is small, but the bathroom is sized appropriate, so the shower etc. Is absolutely to enjoy. All equipment is modern, so you have nice lights, heavy curtains, a big tv.

Room was deceiving and beyond small. Couldn’t even leave my suitcase open as there was no room to open the door if I didn’t pack it back up when I was done getting what I needed from the bag. The shower was also tiny, was difficult to shave, turn around, etc. the hotel staff were nice however which made the experience fair
