Unfreundlich, Nicht hilfsbereit und eine andere Sprache, um Gottes Willen. Mit einem klarem "no" abgeschmettert. Das zimmer war "du kriegst was du zahlst" Zimmer. Es fiel förmlich auseinander. Wie konnte dieses Hotel 8 von 10 bekommen? Ich würde Hotels.com raten dieses Hotel aus ihrem Programm zu nehmen.
