This was a one night stop over and so we didn’t expect much. Room was OK, breakfast also OK. Lack of how water in the room was a definite issue, we didn’t find out about this until our morning showers by which time it was too late to do anything.

My worst hotel experience
The room had absolutely no heating. The temperature was -1c. It would be impossible to sleep in a room at this temperature. We were offered another room. This also had no heating. Eventually reception averred us a portable room heater. Also, we plugged our car in to the electric charger at 11pm for an overnight charge. We were charged 130 euros - the most expensive charge we have ever had. they charge for time (not electricity). Are you expected to get up in the middle of the night to unplug your car? Also, there was no indication of the cost or conditions at the charger. It was only when the cost came through on our credit card. The hotel is rated as 3 star. I do not think it deserves 1 star. Avoid this hotel if at all possible.

arrivé le 1er janvier à 16h, nous avons du attendre avant de pouvoir intégrer notre chambre. Dans celle ci il faisait très froid. Nous avons appelé l'accueil et ce fut le début de nos difficultés avec une employé de celui-ci. Après plus d'une heure et demi, le chauffage est revenu. La personne de l'accueil ne s'est jamais excusée pour son manque d'empathie et de réactivité. Les salariés de la partie restauration sont au top. Le lendemain matin nous avons eu une discussion avec la responsable du site qui s'est montrée très à l'écoute de nos récriminations envers l'accueil. Elle nous a proposé un geste commercial. Moralité : tout se serait bien passé si dès le début quelqu'un de compétent et d'efficace avait été à notre écoute

Séjour Futuroscope nouvel an 2025
Très bon accueil. Chambre bien conçue et très propre (hormis le WC malodorant) Un peu de bruit il faudrait penser à lubrifier des charnières de portes autres chambres environnantes qui grincent. Petit déjeuner très copieux hélas quelques produits un peu trop industriels comme la charcuterie, le fromage, saucisses snack accompagnant les œufs brouillés trop grasse (industrielles) Il faudrait plus de qualité. On ferait la même remarque sur le dîner du réveillon du 31 c'était bien mais quelques produits manquait de qualité car probablement industriels aussi pour autant le personnel et les cuisiniers ont fait un très bon travail. Globalement un bon dîner un peu cher car formule buffet copieuse sans être forcément savoureuse sur certains produits proposés. En résumé, nous sommes satisfaits, à recommander mais mériterait une amélioration sur le rapport qualité prix même si raisonnable pour ce type d'hébergement.
