We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect with many restaurants, nightlife, quick bites to eat, sightseeing and shopping. We literally walked to everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel staff was friendly, good customer service and perks for guest. The room was nice and love the view of the rhine.

Another excellent stay
Second time staying at this hotel. I came back so must have enjoy it. My room this time is on the 3rd floor and much quieter than before. It's a good size and well appointed. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and housekeeping have kept the towels refreshed, replenished the coffee. Can't complain at all really. The location is superb, right on the river in the old town. Transport is easy as it's only a 10 minute walk from the train station. Will probably stop here again next time I'm in Cologne

It was an excellent experience. The hotel is located at the very heart of the city center. Apart from its location, the service was amazing. All the staff is wholeheartedly welcoming you and always there in case of need, especially Dilara and the one offering us breakfast before its time whose name I couldnt ask due to very early leaving.
