I highly DO NOT recommend this hotel. The rooms looks like they have never been updated. Paint chipped walls, looks like a dog chewed the bottom of the bathroom door, no AC in the bathroom or hallways. Smells of roaches in the hallway. Stairs creek and feel unsafe. This hotel needs a lot of updates and to be checked for mold.

Was what I expected for a 1 star hotel. Old, dated, but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Stay away
Hotel run down, holes in ceiling, ac was off so 100 plus degrees in the room I had to turn it on took half the night to cool down, curtains falling down, smelled like mildew in there. Office employees not friendly and office stunk as well.

This place should be removed from your lists - it is nasty! Dirty pillowcases, dingy room, paint peeling off the walls, only half the lights in the room worked!
I checked out as soon as I saw the room and I will be contacting you for a refund because I had to pay for a second hotel for the night.

Ice machine broken. No wheel chair ramp and curb extremely high with no hand rail. Housekeeping left my room dark and cold as I returned from work. No Breakfast as advertised online. Refrigerator froze my medication. I had to change my hotel for the rest of my project.

Not bad but needs rehab
The room itself was clean and the office person was very nice. All of the electrical outlets were worn out and anything plugged in just fell out. The outlet by the door was actually burned and melted while the air conditioner/heater power cable was taped together - I didn't use it due to fire hazard concerns. The door seal was bad and you could see light from outside all around the door. The tv, refrigerator and microwave worked well. The shower was nice, and the towels looked and smelled clean.

Never stay here again!!
Raining all night. Rain gutter was broke and poured water at our door all night. Huge bird nest in the eve outside our window. Lots of noisy birds. Door hard to open. Old antique locks. Didn’t feel safe. Tv cabinet broke in several places. Shower would NOT work. No soap or shampoo in bathroom. Almost empty roll of toilet paper with NO replacement. Towels smelled musty. Very disappointed, would Never stay there again!

The property seemed well lit, maintained, and the staff was friendly. The negative comments were because we had asked for a room with (2) double beds and when we checked in late that first night the room had a single bed. The next morning we asked for a switch to the original (2 bed) arrangement. They happily did switch rooms but when we got to that room (again late the 2nd night) there was no soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.. They got it right the 3rd night, but the first 2 could have been better. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day. They were pleasant, but it happened.

I booked the room with a no refunds thinking how bad can a room be... We were so tired after a 10 hour drive we luckily just crashed until 10 am.
I booked since there was no weight limit and there wasn't a Hojo near or Motel 6 for the dogs and we were so tired from a 10 hour drive I would've left and booked elsewhere at an airbnb
There's a seperate additional $20 dog cleaning fee on top of the $10 per pet a night charge which is fine if it wasn't such a gross room. I'm not sure where all the fees come in at for a filthy unsafe room. I spent $114 in room 101 that had a broken toilet lid with missing bolt, door with a peeled metal flap that cuts toes, taped electric plugs, leaky rusty flooded mini fridge, dusty dirty bathroom cupboards with stuff left behind, broken dangling light socket, dusty headboards, filthy rusty ac vent (see attached pics)
I refused to take a shower or sleep under the covers because I didn't bring shower shoes and didn't have cleaning supplies with me....
I've been in the hospitality business 23 years and have traveled extensively throughout Ive never seen so many issues in a room before.
Do BETTER it's not that hard to take pride in your work. I've been a hospitality manager half my work life and wouldve fired someone a long time ago. I check my employees work all the time trust me it doesn't take that long to train someone to clean the right way the 1st time. You'll have a much more profitable business in the long run.
