Exploring the city!
This hotel is in a great location, right next to Chinatown, Little Italy, Tribeca, Soho and the village. The train is only a few steps away. It's in a safe area and the hotel insures your safety by giving each guest a code to the front entrance. We explored around and ate our way through the city then would return to our room to get some rest before the next adventure. Our room and bed were comfortable. Yes the room is small but the space worked out perfect for us. I had a desk, a place to hang my jackets and clothes and a mini fridge. The bathroom was a decent size too. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!

Would recommend for tourists
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel and rooms are clean and you have an option of coffee in the lobby. Good price for the location. It is a bit loud from the street but you get earplugs and it is NY so it is expected. Would recommend it for staying during tourist visit.

Fantastic SOHOtel
A prime location near SOHO, and Chinatown and right off the Q train from Port Authority. The building has a beautiful mural out front and a bright and clean entrance. The checkin process was seamless and staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms are small, but that’s the point. Still, everything you need is there. Shower, bed, tv and even a mini-fridge. Everything was clean and fresh. Room got plenty of natural light and the bed was very comfortable. Overall a wonderful stay and we will likely stay here many more times.

Nice location, convenient to subway, friendly at the desk. Good for very short stay because room was tiny. Two problems: occasionally there was a very bad smell just about everywhere and housekeeping never showed up for three days
