Loved the balcony room, the safe close parking, and the quiet. Especially loved that we could walk to Earl St Theatre, Museum, and good restaurants. Will plan to come again from Hobart for theatre and so on.

The old rooms are well set out and my stay was comfortable as I prepared for a visit for a procedure in a private hospital. Close to woolworths and other shop amenities.

Beautiful heritage building in the heart of Hobart with walkable access to the city and nearby restaurants. I stayed after a hiking trip for the jet bath and will absolutely do so again. A good mix of short and long staying guests who often gather in the communal areas for a chat.

The “Art on York” combines old fashioned architecture with well kept, and clean furnishings. The staff are friendly and professional. The location in the CBD is ideal. I would be happy to stay there again.

This is a quirky hotel, I believe it used to be an old bakehouse. Definitely the sort of place I like to stay, but may not be for everyone. My ensuite was pretty narrow, however, it looked like it was in an old part of the original building. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Would stay again, thanks

Convenient position, easy to book, plenty of parking, reasonable price, clean & well serviced, courteous & helpful staff, value for money, easy checkin & checkout outside reception hours, some reasonable restaurants & other services close by, a few hoons around overnight, struggled with the tv a bit

What a cute hotel in this historic bakery! And so close to the waterfront and parks. Delightful one night stay here with a comfortable bed and charming room. Though the room was a bit small, it was workable during our short visit. It was also great to have onsite parking.
