The Art Hotel surprised us. It worked out well for our trip. It was next to the Catholic church, which was important for the lenten season and it surprised us. It was on a busy street, but very walkable, markets, the gorge, restaurants and downtown. It has a short check-in time which surprised us too. There was a call number to get the key for our room. We had minimal interactions with the staff.

This is a quirky hotel, I believe it used to be an old bakehouse. Definitely the sort of place I like to stay, but may not be for everyone.
