A beautiful hotel with a lovely atmosphere. Attention to detail is evident everywhere: from the moment you enter the lobby until you get to your room. i absolutely loved the detail in each room and space. We found the perfect boutique hotel in Istanbul
We stayed 5 nights at the Ruz and will be coming back in September. Perfect boutique hotel in the heart of Galata within walking distance to many major sights or short taxi trip. Beautifully furnished room in our suite with kitchenette. Fabulous restaurant! Loved the prawns, beef cheeks and octopus dishes.Make sure you get the breakfast it's fabulous and unique Mediterranean style.

Great service and nice ambiance. Close to a lot of cool places in Galata and a short distance to Karakoy. Rooftop has an amazing view, drinks and delicious food. Their staff was very attentive. I highly recommend this place.

The view from the rooftop was stunning, the service at the Simone excellent! The best part of the stay was the friendliness of the staff Duygu and Emre went out of their way to welcome me and help me plan my visit. She went as far as lending me her Istanbul card for transportation. Their kindness and hospitality will always be remembered.
