Booked an associate to stay here for a short work trip. He has never complained about a room in 10 years, but when he arrived, he sent some pictures and said he couldn’t stay. Mold, broken piece of furniture, dirty room, holes in the comforter, stains on the toilet seat, etc! When he left, he told the front desks he was leaving and why. I asked Expedia for a refund, they said the policy wasn’t followed to request the refund before leaving, and the manager declined. I don’t recommend staying in this hotel. Expedia’s customer service is frustrating. It took more than a hour and a request to speak to a manager, hearing no 4 times and request for assistance to cancel my account, did they offer anything to make up for the inconvenience . Not good.
