    The smell!

    The smell was atrocious. Really strong musty, old smell. I had room spray thankfully but even after spraying that 20x it couldn’t cover the smell. There was trash under the bed and hairs in the sink. The office person did not wear a mask and neither did their friend. I’ve stayed at a lot of “cheaper” hotels, and this is definitely in my bottom 5.

    I don't know what to think...

    Well, the room didn't have a microwave or fridge; the last time I stayed I had those. I called the front desk to ask if they have a microwave for guests she answered and then didn't give me a chance to ask the question before she hung up. I called the desk again; at the same time the family that was there to visit me went upfront and they said the phone was just ringing and she was just sitting there. They asked about a microwave for guests to use and she said her manager has it locked in her office. The soda machine didn't take the $5 bills only the $1 bill; went to the lobby and before I could ask the question, we were told they don't have cash in the office. So I don't know what to say. They're not customer friendly at all. It's like someone is holding them hostage in their jobs. The maid didn't look happy either. The company needs to do something because something is lacking.

    Poor customer service.

    One if the worst stays at a redroof inn. The clerk at the front desk were out playing with his friends and we had to wait for him to check in. He gave us a room that was already occupied and when we went to inform him about it, we had ro wait 45 minutes before he came back to the front desk. We were told that he was in his room he has with them. Wherever we got in our room, the room smelt awful, the tub wasn't cleaned, and the mattress was worn. We forgot my wife's wallet, so we decided to call up there to see if they found it. First, the lady told my wife there wasn't a wallet up there, but we knew that was a lie because someone had used the vending machine on the property. Then, she told us that it was. By time we made it to the wallet all the money was gone. This was not our first time staying here but definitely the worst experience here ever.

    I had a good stay. The gentleman in the evening working front desk was great and very helpful! Thank But two out of the three nights around 4:00am I heard people yelling/screaming. As well as the guy next to my room around the same time, started screaming and punching the wall on the exact opposite side of where my headboard was.
