Unfortunately the Air-conditioning didn't work in the room we were in, so it was very warm and uncomfortable to sleep. The breakfast was stale and inedible. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

We did not appreciate how we were treated by the staff. The pictures on expedia showed a room with two large double beds. The room we got had two tiny twin beds crammed together. I pointed this out to the receptionist, who simply did not care. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom.

I tried to move my reservation by one day. I didn’t want to cancel and thought i was giving enough notice to move it but they were not flexible and would not allow the change, or refund me my money. You would think customers would get better service than that.

I was shocked to spend over 100 euros / night on a hotel that was this dirty. The bathroom was pretty disgusting and it was clear that it had only been spot cleaned. There was hair on the counter & marks & stains all over the bathroom

L'hôtel est idéalement placé. A deux pas de la gare de Dijon où se trouve le parking longue durée et le centre ville qui est à dix minutes à pieds.( Tarif réduit pour les résidents Best Western) Bon accueil. Chambre familiale très spacieuse et propre. Alors oui, on entend le Tram. Mais la nuit, pas de traffic,donc nuits calmes. Juste un petit reproche sur le buffet du petit déjeuner qui est facturé un peu cher vu l'offre qui est digne d'un 3 étoiles. Tarif très intéressant via Hotel.com. Un hôtel recommandable pour visiter Dijon.

Bem localizado. Em 5 minutos você chega no centro andando. Panificadoras e restaurantes na frente. Estacionamento para deixar o carro bem perto também por 7,90 euros a diária (o hotel tem um cupom de desconto). Quarto confortável com 2 camas de casais bem boa.

Excellent séjour Chambre spatieuse et confortable Restauration au top avec service et personnel sympathique Rien à voir avec le séjour horrible ( sale et exigu) vécu dans le kyriad en face dont j ai séjourné le jour suivant et dont la femme de ménage est venu plusieurs fois dans la matinée pour essayé de faire le ménage entre 9h30 et 10h40 Le Best Western est à conseiller
