The hotel front desk was extremely nice and helpful. I arrived early and was allowed to check in early at no cost, which I was very grateful for! The motel was a great value also, great 'bang for the buck'!

The check-in staff was very friendly! This was truly a place to sleep, so, I don't know about breakfast or such. But, the cleanliness was not there. We have stayed at a lot of "budget" hotels/motels. I don't expect 5-star, but cleanliness is still important! I had to clean the sink and faucet before using it. The floors were unswept and there was noticeable hair in the tub. Overall, the lack of cleanliness is why we won't stay again and the reason for the low review.

The manager Chris gave us a great deal and he was very helpful and pleasant but the properly in itself needs a lot of improvement and I understand they are under new management and changes may be happening. The beds/pillows are good. The cleaning of the room was poor and the faucets are rusted and maybe even moldy. I do see potential in this hotel. Some updates will definitely make it better but the pricing was EXCELLENT.

The hotel is under new management and they are in the process of updating and renovating. My husband and I had a clean bed to sleep in, a cool room to be in, a hot shower to wake up to, and a tv to watch. The room served its purpose. The location is great! It will be much better once the updates are made.

For the price the property was not bad, but wasn't the cleanest. Bright lights outside your window make it hard for you to sleep with no curtains. Close proximity to the attractions we were interested in. Pool is closed. Called to extend stay, was booked another room instead then was called and told I was the one that did something wrong in calling to extend stay. I won't stay here again, but it is reasonably priced.

On first arrival check in great, room was clean but ac wasn’t on and one bed had urine stain on sheets. Called the front desk, sent housekeeping right then and fixed the problem. Towels okay, did have plenty of hot water. Beds comfortable, but pillows were very small and not so great. Coffee pot and coffee in room. No iron or ironing board. Small working refrigerator and microwave provided. Hair dryer provided. No black out curtains so room wasn’t dark. Cameras around property. No water in swimming pool. Area was well lit at night. Man checking in and out was very polite and helpful.

The rooms were super clean, staff was very friendly, and access to the motel was great. Close to Branson Theater District, but no so close traffic is annoying. however long term residents werent the nicest. One was great the rest gave weird vibes. If there is assigned parking spots for long term residents there should be signs, and there are not and I watch a guy with white hair slam paper on my back windshield and nearly break my wiper off. Probably something new management will have to figure out Aside from long term residents the place is GREAT!!! Pool does not work, that was a bummer. They offered mini/dorm room fridge and microwave. No breakfast available, but it is known when you make reservations. Having the fridge and microwave made being abke to bring our own breakfast a great idea. We had cereal, milk, muffins, and more for breakfast. The water pressure and hot water are great. Beds are comfortable and clean. I would suggest bringing your own pillows. Space is great. I will say areas for walking dogs is limited. We walked ours in the back by the woods. Dog ended up with 6 tics. So while it is pet friendly areas for dogs to use the bathroom aren't great. Staff was phenomenal!!! Chris was very nice and welcoming. They have wash machines, vending machines, and ice machines on site.
