The office staff was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was available just outside of the room. I did not use the A/C as it was cool in the evening and very pleasant during the day. This was my 4th trip to Branson and I have stayed at the Sunset each time.

Check in was efficient. Rooms were recently updated. They provided us with a microwave in the room for early breakfast. The pool was not usable (not cleaned, low water and green) despite within the dates pool is supposed to be open. Overall a great stay and just off the 76 strip. We felt safe and would stay again.

Foe the price we paid this was an acceptable place to rest our heads for the night. No bugs, just very dated property that could use a good make over from top to bottom.
