Great hotel! Our new favorite!
Loved the hotel! Really nice large room, very comfortable, big TV, nice bathroom. Overall great place! Nice pool. Loved the breakfast, really good coffee. Nice exercise room and updated equipment! We will definitely be back when we’re in the area! The employees were great and very helpful. Great parking too.

Car stolen
I am a nurse traveling and visited Columbus for 1day relaxation getaway. Went to check out from hotel and car was stolen from the handicap parking spot closest to the hotel door. 2 different guest told staff that it looks like car was being stolen and did nothing nor reported to police. And told me this information when I said my car was stolen and said they didn’t know for sure and was told by other hotel staff to wait till morning and tell guest the car probably was stolen. Horrible experience and lack of accountability to follow up once staff was aware that car was being stolen. Belongings were stolen and delayed me getting back home.

Loved it
Nicely maintained, very clean, all laminate and tile floors in the rooms, friendly staff, lots of patio space and chairs to relax. My only complaint would be the quality of food at breakfast. Lots of options that I didn’t try, but the sausage and eggs were typical tasteless hotel food, yogurt was grainy and runny. A variety of creamer would be nice as well. Overall, we loved our stay and will choose it again when we are back in the area.
