Short staffed
Lack of staff and facilities impacted the stay. I reserved 2 Queen bedroom but when I went check in they said they didn’t have any 2 Queen bedrooms clean and available at the moment but someone was cleaning them. We decided to go to dinner then come back to see if they were clean. When we came back 1 1/2 hours later still no clean rooms. We wait an additional hour and they still didn’t have a clean 2 Queen bedroom. In 2 1/2 hours they couldn’t get any queen bedrooms clean? It was late so gave up and went with King & pull out couch. As we checked in we were informed all of the washers and dryers didn’t work (problem since were muddy from a sports tournament) and the pool was unavailable. When we were getting our stuff out of the car a person approached us asking for change. At least the room was clean and nice and breakfast the next morning was good.

OSU game visit
TV remote didn’t work. It took staff about 30 minutes to respond. When I was ready to shower, the shower gel dispenser was completely empty. Hot breakfast was not so good. Went down around an hour after started and waited for the limited choices to be refilled. Very small plates and very limited choices: frozen waffles that were heated in an oven? Had to put butter on and microwave to heat up and make soft. Little round ham disc slices that were tasty. Hard boiled eggs still in shell? Tortilla shells and bacon bits for I’m not sure? For the cost of this room I was very disappointed to say the least. At check out I wasn’t asked about my stay or if I had any problems at all. Will not use this hotel again.

We got there and there was a line of people. They had to walk 15 different people and instead of getting it taken care of ahead of time we all came in and we’re then told they don’t have rooms. They told all of us to go to different hotels and that they would take care of it. However once we got to our other hotel they were still scrambling, the real kicker was that I had a two day reservation, so when they said we got moved I assumed that the whole reservation was moved. Found out half way through my second day that, they only booked for one day and that the hotel I was at had been moved to needed our room and we had to leave. The Hyatt place said we could come back there but since we booked through a 3rd party initially we would have to pay whatever their nightly rate was which at that point was more expensive.

It was a good experience, appeared at times the front desk was not manned. Waited a while to ask about using a microwave since no rooms were equiped with one. Waited for a front desk clerk for 20 mintues and could not find one.

My room wasn't ready until after 430. It wasnt clean no tissue in bathroom, dirty cups from previous guest and floors were dirty. I paid for breakfast and when my my 4 guest and i went down it very little there so we went out to eat.
