Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. the hotel is not downtown, but if you do have a car, it's only a few minutes drive. The spa is very small, but overall nice. A little disappointing that it's closed on Sunday. we've tried the restaurant twice, the food was good, it's overpriced (like everywhere in Iceland). The fish specifically was very fresh and good.

A decent stay with some inconvenience

Great service and staff at check in. All over a decent stay, but we had some issues concerning the spa section. The day was planned so that we had the last opening hour in the spa area to enjoy, however the sauna was turned of way before closing time. This issued was adressed and follow up promissed, this however never took place.
