Great stay - Modern updates - Dog friendly

We have been staying here every summer for nearly 8 years. The price has gone up quite a bit this year (25), but it has also been really renovated. The rooms are far more modern and seem cleaner with the old carpet removed. Breakfast was still nice with the waffle maker intact, a juice dispenser, oatmeal with lots of nice toppings, etc. the courtyard is fantastic as always. It is very pet-friendly (they even offer dog treats at the front desk upon arrival). Check-in was a breeze. All staff was friendly and accommodating. The indoor pool and hot tub are both nice. (I do miss the guy that used to run the breakfast bar, just because he was always so friendly and engaging. He used to walk around and tell jokes and talk to everyone as he went about his work.) I would definitely recommend this stay.
