I loved this hotel! We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Boston. Hotel AKA is very nice! All workers were excellent and kind, and the property is extremely well kept. We especially liked the quality of the bathroom and shower! If there is any constructional criticism, it would be that we prefer better pillows (they tend to go flat quick), and the nespresso machine was not our taste (coffee was much too strong). But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The Customer Service at Hotel AKA Back Bay was impeccable! Location was perfect...close to Newbury Street, Boston Public Gardens, Boston Common, Beacon Hill, Fenway Park, the subway, etc. There was a Trader Joe's a few blocks away. The Friendly Toast, just around the corner, is a very good breakfast option. Our flight arrived at 8:30 AM and we were able to access our room when we arrived at the hotel which was very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire staff!!!
