Clean and Nice
Clean place and convenient location for airport. Front desk staff was friendly and made a good job to make my stay comfortable as much as possible

Normally we stay here when we come to Boise to visit our daughter. All of the other times no problems but this last time when we got back to our room it looked like it was hardly cleaned by room service. The beds weren't made at all and we had a note that said there were personal items on the bed and they won't move personal items to make up the bed. What a crock. I had a heating pad on my bed and on personal pillow which I travel with everywhere because of my bad back. I've stayed here before with these exact items left on the bed as well as everywhere else I stay when I travel and they have always made the bed and they just laid them back on the bed. I went to the desk and the girl gave be some line about they don't touch personal items again a load of bull, I told them I moved the items and was out of the room and if they would change the beds. When I got back all they did was pull the sheets up, didn't change them or the pillow cases. They have serious management problems here. Won't stay here anymore.

room was very roomy, the breakfast bar was ok the potatoes were dry and under cooked. This was the first stay that they not only had out sugar free syrup and sugar free jelly
