Staff throughout hotel were friendly and helpful! Jessica texted me in the morning to welcome us and let me know that our room was not ready but she’d text again once it was. NO OTHER HOTEL CHAIN HAS EVER TEXTED WITH INFO PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL!!! Our bed and pillow were comfortably, and heater worked and was quiet. The only deficiency was the bathroom in our room. It was clean and serviced, but fixtures, paint, tub, were old, and walls needed to be patched, repainted, and baseboard tile had been ripped away.

Something that resembled lotion on the bathroom counter, shower curtain rod was broke and I had to zip tie the curtain to take a shower, the tub itself was stained brown, the drain was broke off and there was a used bar of soap in the shower. I’ve never seen anything like it.
