The nearby neighborhood was beautiful. The service was amazing; there was breakfast every morning and bread left out during the evening. I will rate it 4-stars overall due to the hours the front desk is open. As a tourist, it's hard to check-in at 3pm (local time) while carrying all of your bags and no staff to answer phones. A member from the custodial team was able to help me with my luggage. So I am thankful for that.

We only stayed one night to go to a concert. The receptionist was sweet, even though they couldnt find our reservation. But the room could use some improvements. The shower was terrible (very weak Water pressure). The room was soooo hot, so we didnt sleep well, and when we tried to open the windows it almost got off. Also no trash can in the room and even though the mini bar was Free, it was warm (it was in a fridge)

It is a good hotel, not too far from the train station, very clean, confortable bed, with just a few small issues to solve, related to the bathroom: the shower water wet the bathroom floor and the shower support was loose and diverted the water jet from going to the body

Small hotel in a small town, rooms are fine but there were some issues. Elevator was down, so having to carry luggage up the stairs was not fun. Room was not that clean and did not have soap or shampoo. Outside of that the little town close by was neat and very niche.

The Dormero Hotel is located in a quiet and clean suburban area, conveniently close to a local bakery, grocery stores, and takeaways, with public transport to Munich city center taking about 30-40 minutes. We spent three nights there at the end of September. Check-in was easy, but communication at the reception faced some English language barriers. Our room was spacious, well-heated, and nicely decorated. However, it lacked a kettle for coffee or tea, though it did have a mini fridge, hairdryer, and a spacious wardrobe. Unfortunately, we had negative experiences with room cleaning. Despite requesting daily towel replacements and cleaning, our room was never serviced during our stay. We often had to ask for towels and toilet paper at the reception, where staff struggled with English and were frequently unavailable. Check-out was simple; we just dropped the key in a box. Overall, the hotel has a good location, but the housekeeping issues were disappointing.

The room was a south facing small room and had no fan to move hot air out of the windows. The hotel manager said that they had no fans, so we had to sleep hot and listen to street noise every evening.

It was horrible. I booked 3 double rooms for 3 nights.last November 2021. When I arrived in September 2022 the rooms were not available. The hotel Dormero sent you to another hotel a little far but only for 1 night. We have to solve this problem with the second hotel, that was very friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel in September for the past several years, and they had a storage room with plenty of fans to move hot air. I received a fan for my room, but when asking for other travelers in my group, the hotel manager said there were no fans available. This is not acceptable, and I will not be staying at this hotel again. A shame that corporate doesn't authorize amenities that would at least make the stay palatable.

Firstly I like to start with points which has to be inmoved: 1. USB ports in the sockets must be installed as hotel accommodates international business guests and not everyone has European charging points. 2. No water or coffee in the room 3. No air-conditioning Now good points : 1. Staff is very professional and helpful 2. Rooms are clean and comfortable. 3. Would recommend to stay proving they improve the points above. 4. Huge thank you to 2 staff working on the 14th June, they were fantastic!
