The rooms are very clean, staff was helpful and the breakfast was great. I was disappointed that they took no effort in cleaning the parking lot which was covered in snow; they gave us a shovel and we had to shovel the snow and make a space for us to park... unacceptable.

Had to change rooms at check-in because of the overwhelming cat pee smell of the first room. The new room didn’t have a tv remote. They gave me one at the front desk, but it didn’t work so I had no tv the first night. Additionally, the heater in the room seemed rather wonky and it was difficult to control the temperature. Overall it was ok, but I highly doubt I would stay here again if at all possible.

The room was fine. It was clean and housekeeping came in daily to make the beds and replace your towels. What could be improved is the breakfast! It opened at 6, they had sausage, potatoes and eggs in those roaster type pans. At 6 all of it was still frozen in those pans

This hotel has really gone downhill since the last time I stayed there in December 2024. The tv had an old remote and I had to figure out how to adjust it with a button on the bottom of the screen before I could get the basic cable service. The breakfast was pretty bad, same every day. The sidewalks were icy and the pool was really dirty. It was all very run down since my last stay.
