Cannot say enough good things about The Body Holiday! Adults only, all inclusive which includes a daily spa treatment and tons of activities. The room and property were beautiful. Very comfortable bed and they have pillow/mattress topper options. The staff were SO gracious and friendly! As a solo traveler, I was always comfortable. There is also a communal dining table at dinner which is a great option. Met some really nice people. Many solo travelers as well. Breakfast and lunch were buffets with lots of options and I found the variety and taste very good. Dinners were absolutely delicious. Three restaurants from which to choose. One night they had a Caribbean buffet for dinner with lots of local foods. Friday night was a beach barbecue that was also very good. The spa treatments! Heaven!! Honestly, some of the best treatments I’ve ever had. The therapists are wonderful. Three lovely pools and a small but beautiful beach. Water was clear and warm; no seaweed (I was there in August). I didn’t partake in many activities but there are SO many each day, all of which are included. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing time at the Body Holiday. The community there (both Staff and guests) is amazing, the food is delicious, the activities are very fun. I have nothing but great things to say about the Body Holiday. The longer you can stay the better. Note: Due to the wellness aspect of the Body Holiday you are encouraged to “unplug”. There is limited to no WiFi connection at the resort except for within the rooms and in the reception area. Good to keep in mind in case you are looking to work from the resort. Most people, however, welcome the opportunity to be disconnected.

The BodyHoliday at LeSport is absolutely amazing! The grounds are beautiful, the beach water is clear and warm, the spa treatments are amazing, the food is delicious and the staff is incredible!! I was at the resort during Hurricane Beryl and the staff did an excellent job taking care of the guests! They spent the night at the resort and worked many hours to ensure guests had what they needed and were comfortable! I will definitely be back!
