Palms Place
The property and room were great. All the amenities and comfort. Staff was very friendly. It's a bit of a walk to get from the parking garage to your room. I also didn't realize until later that the third floor of the parking garage was direct access to the walkway for Palms Place. Now that I know, I'll save a lot more time during my next visit.

My room was not clean when I arrived. Meaning there were crumbs on the floor and table, Pubic hair on the bed and grime in the whirlpool tub. The staff was unable to give me a different room. I had to wait for it to be cleaned then I ended up cleaning the tub myself because it was still not clean. Very disappointed.

Great room, but balcony was a tease.
We had a really lovely room at the Palms Place. I prefer to stay there instead of the actual casino. The room was great, large, and nicely appointed. We were unable to get the balcony door open and had no response from hotels.com or the owner when we tried to reach out, which is unfortunate. Otherwise, it was a great room and I'd stay there again (hopefully with access to the huge balcony).
