Our family enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed the pool area several evenings and it's in walking distance to restaurants, the pier, lighthouse and Park. The hotel was clean and comfortable for our stay.

The check in was easy and fast. The staff were helpful and sweet. The area is very close to everything such as restaurants shopping and the jet express ferry. Is right near Lake Erie all you have to do is cross the street. I highly recommend people stay here and will be staying here again.

Easy access to back of building to go to and from your room without having to go through reception area. Front desk was able to help me with a late check in that was past their normal time.
