Clean but Outdated
The hotel was very conveniently located. The hotel was spacious. The hotel had very nice views. The hotel was also very clean. And a jacuzzi is such a plus! The lobby is very beautiful. A very nice gentleman checked us in. The negatives are, the breakfast was a two out of ten. Cereal choices, horrible. At least have one choice that appeals to children. Pancakes, bland. Eggs, bland and probably fake. The waffles, bland as well. I wouldn't even consider whatever that was a breakfast. Just stop advertising for it. The room accommodations, extremely outdated. Old furniture. Old carpet. Bathroom tile has probably been there since Mr. Walt Disney was with us. And who in 2024 has a TV that is not HD? POOR quality television. And a 10-inch at that. My laptop screen is probably bigger. Got into the room, and the air was on 76! I understand preserving energy, but if you know you have guests arriving, why not TURN IT DOWN, so we don't walk into a HOT room?? Even if you turn it down immediately, you are uncomfortable for QUITE SOME TIME. Unacceptable. Also, why was there no ICE?! All vending machines, out of order. It's Florida! It's HOT! Unacceptable! And last, a charge for the gym??! Never heard of such a thing for guests to now have to pay for accommodations that should be provided, as advertised! Clean but please update certain aspects of the hotel.

This room had signs of long term water damage before the hurricane came. The strong smell of mold irritated my asthma. There were rust marks on the carpet from where the metal table and chairs have been sitting on wet carpet. And the window gaps let the rain in.

Sin duda hay una division de ricos y pobres cuando le dije que donde era el gimnasio me dijeron que era en otra torre y no me dejaron pasar, el desayuno no habia proteina deben añadir carne solo lo mismo,adicional cuando llegue me asignaron una habitacion con la cama rota,para mi opinion va en decadencia porque yo me habia quedado anteriormente y la experiencia fue buena ahora no es lo mismo no lo recomiendo ahh y me meti en la piscina y sali enfermo y tambien el jacuzzi estuvo dañado espero q mejoren pero no vuelvo gracias

So the staff was friendly and very professional. The lobby to the hotel is very nice but the rooms are not. We had to change rooms because there was roaches and the second room the toilet keep flooding the whole bathroom everytime we flushed it. While they responded to our needs in a timely manner. We will not be staying here again.

Out side was beautiful they two towers to hotel, one is nice other was dated and not the nicest. We were put in the other. Breakfast had toast, pancake machines, cereal yogurt. And rarely any protein and staff was short tempered. A/C was loud and needed to be on lowest to cool it enough
