No cleaning service, no new towels and noisy
Initially the room was clean and nice when we checked in. But for the following days there is no cleaning service in this hotel which was very disappointing for us. Coming from beach naturally you may need some room cleaning if you are staying more than one night. Towels are not changed at all during our 3 nights stay and if you need something or if you have a question, there is no one to contact, no receptionist. They text you a standard text everyday but you will not receive a response to your question. The sound insulation between rooms are terrible and you hear all foot steps. There is only one little shampoo in the shower which is obviously not enough for 2 people. We had to go to CVS to buy a shampoo at 11 pm.

Loved this hotel! It was clean, staff was friendly, and the location was amazing. The rooms are so cute too. My only issue was water pressure. It wasn’t that strong, but I just did what I had to do and got out of the shower. I would recommend for a stay.

Nice room. Recently remodeled. My only negative is: The walls are thin. We heard the couples on both sides of the room AND the third one down (you can clearly hear their convo and other "activities").

The hotel was just what I was looking for a, fantastic. The rooms were clean and newly Julie remodeled. Bathrooms was modern. The location was perfect, steps from the ocean but away from all the craziness. The hotel was quiet, no noise in the halls like other South Beach hotels where I've stayed. It was all remote and keyless entry and the service and employees were awesome.

It smelled of urine really bad. Toilet kept getting stopped up and they brought us a plunger to fix it. No hotel staff to talk to right away. No English speaking house keeping to give us towels. Floors needed to be swept.

Super comfy beds and bedding. Spacious room . However, Orbitz, has the wrong name and addresses listed on thier web site. NOTHING more stressful than being dropped off at at condemned building with all your luggage. Luckly I surfed the net, and found the correct address. That was not listed through the booking.

This little place was perfect for what we needed. We actually ended up staying at Casa Sofi, as Casa Ocean was under construction. Casa Sofi, was cute, quaint and perfect for our needs. I will say parking was a nightmare. I could only find an overnight ramp that was almost a mile away. I parked on the street for a few hours, but couldn't do an overnight there. I spoke with Oscar who was great to work with and give me ideas on public parking.
