Subpar for a Best Western
Old hotel that had some renos done to it. Nothing special but on it's own ok. Breakfast area was what really solidified the low rating. The entire counter had crumbs or coffee stains everywhere, the eggs + sausage were sitting in water. Multiple items ran out before being restocked. Would have been nice to have a high chair for the little one, but we managed without. Not a terrible hotel, but definitely below what you expect with a Best Western

Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the breakfast service. It was the worse Best Western breakfast I have seen and had. They were out of a lot of things. Also, it was repeat of options every morning. There were no fresh fruits the whole time. The lady who took care of the are was not very friendly and cleaned things up before time was up, and didn’t ask if we wanted anything before she took things away! She was grabbing things while my mom was standing in front of them. It was disappointing, that we ended up grabbing breakfast somewhere else, we have never done that before.

Because I had an emergency come up Saturday night and I told the front desk I was checking out on Sunday and I did not get my money back for Monday and that’s terrible business. My Opinion remains the same they did not want To pay me back for the day I had to leave And I told them ahead of the 24 hour rule.

Musk, Rotten Meat, Mildew and BO….
We were given room 231…half the room did not have electricity so the lamps were out, the AC was out, and the fridge was out and smelled like rotten meat. Then we were quickly placed in room 226…it smelled like BO and some kind of mildew. We tried opening the window but whenever the AC stopped the mildew smell came back really strong and the musky smell. Then we tried to connect to the internet but that wasn’t working too. The bathroom was dirty and my fiancé started getting itchy, so at that point I’d had enough. We just left. I drove us back to Scottsdale that night. This is a highly-“rated” hotel but it was terrible. Terrible experience. I want my money back.

Price vs. Reality: A Major Disappointment Let's start with the price. I paid double the usual weekday rate for my Saturday stay, so my expectations were naturally high. If I'd paid the regular $65, I might have been more forgiving, but at this price, it was a letdown. Breakfast: All Style, No Substance The breakfast photos online looked great, but the reality was disappointing. No waffles, even though they're in the pictures. The decaf coffee machine was out of order, no granola for the yogurt, and no hot water for oatmeal. The eggs and sausage tasted like they'd been in the freezer too long. Room: Dirty and Noisy Our first-floor room had upstairs neighbors who sounded like they were stomping on my head until 3 am. The room itself wasn't clean. There was gum on the wall, grime in the shower, and the shower water indicator was upside down. The window shade was broken halfway down, even though the power was on. Check out the photos for proof. Beds: Beyond Uncomfortable The beds were basically 6-inch inner springs on a steel frame. They slid around easily. The "pillow top" was a worn-out bamboo cover that did nothing to soften the mattress. Staff: Friendly but Useless The staff were friendly but unhelpful when it came to addressing any of my complaints. They didn't seem to care about resolving the issues I had. Overall: Not Worth the Price In conclusion, this hotel was overpriced and underwhe
