Don’t trust the pictures
Whoever took the hotel pictures deserves an award because they catfished me. The surrounding area looks nothing like that anymore. My room did not look like the updated modern style they provided in a few pictures. My room smelled like an ashtray. The sink knob was loose so it was hard to change the temperature. The tub faucet dripped all night and the drain was clogged. If you need a cheap hotel it’ll definitely do, but if you are used to an updated feel then I’d recommend finding somewhere else.

I enjoyed my stay overall while in town and would stay there again. Place was clean and quiet The young woman on 1st shift at the desk could definitely take a page out of how to improve customer service because she was not as inviting but she just did her job...I just hope it stays like this

I've been in the military and traveled quite a few places and stayed in hundreds of hotels but the rating this place is given has to be a lie. Paint on walls peeling, little refrigerators making a loud humming sound and can't forget the ROACHES. Yes, roaches and they have the nerve to charge a $150 deposit. Lol should have known then. Don't need a refund or discount but Comfort Inn should be ashamed of themselves.
