Check in was a nightmare, the group in front of me had their reservation cancelled without their knowledge. Took 45 minutes at the front desk to get my room key. Door wouldn’t lock behind me, so the room would be unsecured if we left. Shower didn’t drain. Couch upholstery was ripped. Elevator was shaky. Breakfast was awful. I don’t post reviews often, but man this was a rough stay. Only positive I have is the AC worked very well.

Well there's not a proper category for the "sometimes" key, that doesn't open the outside rear door, but does open an in inside bathroom door my wife wasn't talking about, but the desk clerk was very proud of. There was a used towel that greeted us in the armoire, probably a thank you for the Goldilocks shower, which managed to skip just right. There was also a HUGE dark stain on the box spring, which, from the coloration, we were rooting for blood. Maybe rotate it away from the head, or towards the wall. At least it passed my wife's bug check.Also, I would like to know where they got the picture of the breakfast, so I can eat there. Maybe it's different on Sunday. We didn't get to the hot tub. The beds were comfy,the blinds were dark, good AC. Close to 71, and there's a Wendy's that shares the lot. So it's not ALL bad.
