Hotel was clean, easily accessible from all the local attractions. Staff was very friendly, the morning breakfast excellent. Unfortunately, the advertised hot tub was posted as permanently closed. The main building ice maker appeared to have been broken for some time, and a sign referred you to one in another building. Overall, our stay was a value for the price.

I was expecting the pool/spa area to be better. The spa is permanently closed. Looks like a major Crack in it. The pool area is dirty and not maintained as it should be. Overall, the hotel needs to be updated with new fixtures. The shower fixtures were coming out of the wall I thought that they were going to break. The cleanliness of the hotel was great. All the room were clean and the linens were very good. Beds were very comfortable along with the pillows. Great stay just needs to be updated and maintained better.

The breakfast was good and staff were nice. The room was clean. They should say that the sauna and hot tub are broken and wont be repaired ant time soon. That was the main reason we chose this property. It was our honeymoon booked and prepaid for 4 days. The air conditioner was so loud i could hardly sleep.

The room itself wasn’t as clean as I’d expect. The shower was dirty, the bathroom floor had dead flies in the corner and the sheets were stained. The pool was open 10-10 and was one of the main reasons we picked this property (indoor pool and hot tub because rain was expected every day of our trip). When we got there, the hot tub was closed. The next morning after breakfast we changed and went to the pool a little after 10 am. We went in and were told it wasn’t ready but would be ready around 10:30. We went back at 10:35 and the front desk said it ‘wasn’t ready’ to be swam in. We decided to go back to the room, and on our way out we saw the person in charge of the pool who said ‘it’s ready to go, we just heard her tell you that at the front desk.’ All in all, it was okay, but we decided we won’t be staying here again. Spend a little more for cleanliness and hospitality.
