The night staff (Karen) was an absolute gem. The morning staff were so kind and upbeat. The neighborhood isn’t the cleanest - that’s not the hotels fault. But the rooms and grounds weren’t the cleanest. With that being said we would rent here again just based on the great staff. The owner should be proud about the employees he has.

I was expecting the pool/spa area to be better. The spa is permanently closed. Looks like a major Crack in it. The pool area is dirty and not maintained as it should be. Overall, the hotel needs to be updated with new fixtures. The shower fixtures were coming out of the wall I thought that they were going to break. The cleanliness of the hotel was great. All the room were clean and the linens were very good. Beds were very comfortable along with the pillows. Great stay just needs to be updated and maintained better.

The breakfast was good and staff were nice. The room was clean. They should say that the sauna and hot tub are broken and wont be repaired ant time soon. That was the main reason we chose this property. It was our honeymoon booked and prepaid for 4 days. The air conditioner was so loud i could hardly sleep.
