Hotel was clean, easily accessible from all the local attractions. Staff was very friendly, the morning breakfast excellent. Unfortunately, the advertised hot tub was posted as permanently closed. The main building ice maker appeared to have been broken for some time, and a sign referred you to one in another building. Overall, our stay was a value for the price.

We didn't even stay after checking in. There was a stain on our bed and our lamp was broken. Our "non-smoking" room REEKED of smoke. The elevator was in a dim corner that made us feel unsafe. The pool was dirty and foggy with a film on the top. There was a hairball at the base of the water feature (which was rusted) and the hot tub was "permanently closed" which no one notified us on the site nor upon arrival. We had to check-in and out our pool towels which was silly for standard pool towels from a 2-star hotel.

They claim to be pet friendly, but there is a $20 fee in addition to the Hotels.com price. There is also a $2 hotel service fee that they don't tell us about. Breakfast was terrible the first morning. We did not try it again. We were at the end of the building. It took about 5-7 minutes to get hot water to the shower. Only discovered the extra charges when I looked at my credit card bill. When I called about the extra charges they refused to make an adjustment.

I wouldn’t recommend the suite to anyone!! Nightstand light didn’t work, couldn’t watch tv in bed because the tv is definitely in the wrong location. And in that location where the tv is it’s only a chair and a desk chair. Could get a good night sleep because of the outside lights shining through the cracks around the door. Definitely could use better looking curtains. Parking around back is definitely a bad location for vehicle break in. And please send me my 100 deposit which is ridiculous for what the experience I went too. Thank you!!!!

Several breakfast items were gone and not replenished well before breakfast time was over. Room was fairly clean, but grimy in corners & edges. Air conditioning was good for our room, but not for some other rooms on our floor. The pool & waterfall area was very misleading from the picture. The photo shows everything clean & pristine, but in person there was mildew, paint peeling on walls, random carts with stacks of hotel items sitting in hallways. The fold-out sofa bed in our suite was stuck and wouldn't unfold without a great deal of force. Staff was kind, but the condition of the hotel was poor. Unfortunately we didn't have any other options for the night, otherwise we would not have stayed.
