This is a brand-new remodeled modern designed & minimal 2 bedroom with 2 large bathrooms, full kitchen, 2 queen size beds, 2 closets & modern leather couch. Right across from Slatina beach which is in center of Opatija. It also has a huge roof top terrace with ping pong table and place to sunbathe and enjoy flowers in the garden while watching the sea.
This space has been designed by a photographer with 3.5 meter tall ceilings and its a perfect place to shoot and film, if you are interested in hosting your productions here, please message about rates and insurance requirements. We look hosting your productions. Thank you.
The apartment is located just 20m from Slatina Beach in downtown Opatija. It is brand new. The furnishing style mixed modern Bauhaus style with classic Croatian architecture.
