My stay at the Signia by Hilton was not the most pleasant experience. First of all, there were cockroaches in the room, which was very uncomfortable and disappointing for a hotel of this level. We reported the issue and were moved to another room, but not on the same floor where we were originally staying.
In addition, one of our suitcases was damaged during the stay. When we mentioned it to one of the employees, her response was that there was nothing else they could do, which felt unprofessional and not very empathetic.
I do want to mention that the valet parking service was perfect. The valet staff was very kind, efficient, and attentive at all times.
Another issue during the stay was that both pools, the upstairs pool and the downstairs pool, were quite dirty, which also affected our experience.
Overall, many of the hotel staff members were pleasant, but the front desk service, especially during check-in and check-out, was not very good. I expected a much more professional and well-maintained experience from a hotel of this category.
