Never stay here !!!
Service and food was awful. Manager and check in Staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I would let everyone I know to never stay at this place. It ruined my 65th birthday.l! They actually served me a beet salad from room service without any beets and it had whole unshelled sunflower seeds in the salad. Couldn’t believe that could serve anyone something like this. When I took the plate to manager and showed it to him he offered me $5 off the room service charge. Lol. He was so unprofessional. Please let your clients be warned about this terrible place.

Royal Solaris facility was very nice The pool was great and beach were great. The quality of the food was marginal at best. If you do not like to hang out with small children then don’t go there. Lots of kids. With no supervision. I went in February. maybe that was the wrong time for me to go because there was a lot of children.

This property is dated and kind of run down. half of the kids club playground was in disrepair and unsafe so it was roped off with caution tape. There were cockroaches in the kids club bathroom. The food at the resort was limited, we expected more options and the quality was not great. Service-wise all the staff were friendly. The only service issue I had was the concierge tried to sell me a timeshare as soon as I checked in which was annoying, I was juggling 2 kids and just travlelled all day and he kept pushing and I finally told him to shut it down we are not interested, especially now that we experienced this place. This should be a 3 star not a 4 or whatever they claim. It needs a lot of work.
