Inside the 28 Sqm room consist of :

- A king size bed , teak bed that you can smell the wooden teak, covered with soft mattress suit for a couple.

- Shower with water heater also with hair dryer, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and fresh towels are included.

- Air-conditioners

- Stream iron

- Dining Table with 2 chairs

- A smart Tv that can connect to youtube, web browser, Netflix

- Personal Wireless internet in the room with speed 200/200 mbps

-built-in kitchen come along with the 2 doors fridge , microwave, toaster, boiler, blender, rice cooker, water purifier, dishes& plates are included.

- Digital door lock, so you can check in yourself in flexible time by yourself. Check out time up to 4 pm.

- Shuttle bus free service every day 6 am - 9 pm from the main street to the building complex or you can walk, just 2-5 minutes.

Cleaning:

- Inside the room, before you checkin, it is clean using ozone generator 30 minutes to kill all germs and virus and clean with disinfectant, change a new bedsheet, quilt cover, pillow cases, doormats, dish cloth, and napkin.

- Outside the room, there have housekeepers to clean every floor at corridoors, elevators, doors, lobbys every day at least 2-3 times per day.

- Also, the housekeepers clean fitness equipments, playground equipments every day. At finess room, they use ozone generator every night after 10 pm.

Car park:

We can provide a free car park if you rent at least 1 month. Deposit 1000 Thb per car or motorbike. Full refund when return a car sticker and a car keycard.

For short term, the car park fee in the building will be charged by the landlord.
