The location is perfect. The room is spacious and clean. However, the WiFi connection was good in the bedroom since the router was placed at the corridor. The biggest problem was no elevator. It was exhausted claiming 3 floors staircase with luggage.

The apartment itself was good, lovely interior, nice and warm bathroom, kitchen, two rooms- but outside the streets are very noisy. It's right on the plaza, so you hear people at all hours.

My stay at pietre dure was great. They were very communicative, helpful, and the place is very centric and close to all the restaurants, attractions of the city, and shops. I absolutely recommend this apartment. The place is also very very safe and more than tripled locked, so you’re items are also extra safe in the apartment while you are out and about.

Pretty apartment close to everything
Having a one bedroom apartment was wonderful. We had a little kitchen and English tv channels lol. It was mostly the little details that were lacking. One towel each for 4 days, 2 rolls of toilet paper. No hooks to hang wet towels. Poor lighting overall. It was still enjoyable :).

Nice place near everything but was there for 2 weeks only given one towel. 2nd floor but 4 flights of stairs, no elevator. Second week very noisy neighbors above us. You could hear every step. Very noisy Main Street all hours but your next to everything. The towel situation alone makes me want to stay in a hotel next time. Gentlemen who let us in was very nice but there was never any communication from the property when I emailed them several times for details. No washer/dryer,or iron/ board.

위치말고는 모두 불량이다..곰팡이냄새가 많이나고,밤에는 난방이 안돼춥다.담요를 추가로 부탁하면 추가요금을 말한다.세면대는 닫히지않아 물을 담아둘수없고,,세면대밑으로 물이 많이샌다.고객이 요청을 하면 호스트가 전혀 응답이 없다.중요한건 이런 불편사항을 호스트는 이미 알고있었다는것이다.처음 체크인때 지적을 했었는데 그냥 모른체한다.여행자들을 위해서 조금이라도 불편을 해소해주고자하는 노력이 너무 아쉽다.당신도 외국에 가면 똑같은 입장이될거라는걸 알려주고싶다.

La dirección del departamento es increíble, todas las atracciones están a pie unos 10-15 min, sin embargo el departamento le falta mantenimiento, la limpieza es excelente uylas camadas súper cómodas. Nos faltaron jabón para manos y shampoo fuera de eso está muy bien
