A lovely place with an excellent location. The rooms are sparkling clean and the bathroom was large and modern. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. We will be returning to Paris on the return trip and will stay here again. I will certainly recommend this place to a friend.

Had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel. It has a lot of character and the there is a metro station nearby, a Monoprix right across the street, and several restaurants within walking distance. The male staff members were niceand made the stay more pleasant, though the female staff were a bit more distant and didn't interact much. The only downsides were the noise and thin walls as it can get quite loud both during the day and at night, so bare that in mind for light sleepers or remote workers working in different time zones. That said, the convenience of the location and the overall charm of the place made up for it, and I'd happily stay again.

Wonderful, quiet and clean. Just around the corner from the Metro station on the Square Albert Besnard, with access to bus routes to all the major Paris attractions including the Gare Montparnasse, which was the jumping off point for the next stage of our journey.

The stay itself was overshadowed by serious issues with billing and pre-arrival handling. Multiple large pre-authorization holds were placed on my card during the free cancellation period, despite the booking clearly stating “pay at the property” and deposits due at check-in. These holds are still blocking a significant amount of my available funds for over 10 days and caused unnecessary stress immediately before arrival. Communication from the property and Hotels.com was inconsistent, and clear explanations or policy citations were not provided when requested. While no funds were ultimately charged, the handling of pre-authorizations and lack of transparency made the experience extremely frustrating and disruptive. This is not what I expect from a confirmed booking, particularly for international travel.
