Lovely place to stay
We had a lovely stay at the Novotel Barossa Valley. The views were great, overlooking the vineyards and hills, and the room was clean and spacious. They provided a portacot for our daughter, free of charge. The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was slightly expensive but yummy. The pool was nice, however when we were there was overrun with bees. I am not sure if that is normal.

6/10 Good

Lacklustre and expensive
The single staff member I dealt with was fine but overall I thought it was very overpriced and I was surprised to have to lug heavy luggage upstairs and accomodation of that price and rating. The decor and facilities seemed tired and nothing in the menu inspired to me to order anything.
Fiona, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Clean and comfortable, short drive to Tanunda, and wineries. Golf course next door.
LeeAnne, 2-night trip

Scott, 2-night trip

Cheryl, 3-night trip

Great Stay, perfect for families
We had an excellent stay at the resort; everything was well managed, and the staff were very courteous. The swimming pool was great, and the rooms were comfortable. However, the TV lacked Netflix or YouTube, offering only free-to-air channels or the option to purchase movies. The only area for improvement would be breakfast, as the vegetarian options were quite limited.
Vipin, 3-night trip
