First stay ok. 2nd stay over-priced room in need of work, run down, uncomfortable. I dare the Owner to sleep in room 9 for a week! $200 far too much. The bags of empty bottles on the front verandah greeting guests were still there when we returned over a month later! Most enjoyable staff. But why close reception before 7.00pm? Could be so much better.
