I called ahead and asked if dogs are allowed, I was told no, not anymore. Only to arrive and see atleast 5 dogs being walked outside hotel. Had to find last minute board for my 30# dog, because I thought policy had changed, where it indeed had NOT!

Expedia was very helpful in resolving the issue, but it took over an hour to resolve as front desk ‘Mike’ was more interested in arguing with me than calling Expedia himself to work on resolving the issue

Staff was good. Breakfast good. Charged 10 extra for a dog. I wanted room with jacuzzi but that room the tv did work and they knocked off 10 but then added 10 for the dog. Pretty cool atmosphere. Didn’t try the pool.

Staff was very friendly and excellent! I had booked the king suite…my bathroom was spotless! However, sofa had stains all over it! It was quite dirty, so we did not even sit on it. I was disappointed that the pool was closed for renovation. (This info was not updated on website) Overall a great stay! I will stay again

Rhe lobby is decorated very nicely. Very warm and inviting. The front desk staff were great. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were stained, hopefully not moldy, but should be replaced.

The front desk person was very nice and tried to be helpful, and we felt bad for her. The hotel itself was awful. The pool and hot tub were closed without any notice, smelled like smoke, some sinks were nonfunctional, the TV did not work, there were no washcloths or hand towels or a refrigerator. I had to sign a form promising not to steal the gross bath towels.

Very quiet and comfortable stay.
Service was great. Breakfast was a decent continental with waffkes and biscuits and gravy. Room was quiet, comfortable and spacious. Thw only thing I would say is the whole hotel is in need of a deep cleaning. Although the room was absolutely clean enough, the surfaces were just dusty. When we walked down to breakfast we noticed the ceiling, fans and lights were extremely neglected. That being said, I've definitely stayed in some gross places...this was not gross at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Ruined birthday weekend
Very disappointed. The hot tub and pool are closed for construction and it wasn't advertised. I would have stayed at a different hotel as this was a special birthday trip and i was looking forward to the hot tub. The AC in my king bed whirlpool suite was broken and I had to be moved to a double queen room. Because i had booked on hotels.com the hotel wouldn't refund me anything until i had customer service from the app contact them. Only got $20 refunded each night which made it definitely not worth missing out on the amenities i had originally booked this hotel for.
