The room was sub par for the cost. The accomodation is basic and dated. There was a clump of black hair in the corner of the shower. Limited coffee for a 4 day stay. Old building, lifts, fridge. No view. For the price I expected a little more. I would not stay again.

The staff were generally excellent. Reception staff were particularly good, as were the breakfast helpers. Loved the breakfast - food was fresh and appealing, dining room very nice. I didn't particularly like the coffee unfortunately. My room had a couple of areas that weren't really clean - one area in the bathroom in particular. Access to transport, Darling Harbour and QVB is fabulous.

We asked for two beds, and we got a bed and a fold out couch, the couch had no linen, we had to make the couch up ourselves. Still haven’t gotten our security deposit back.
