It was excellent, excellent, excellent. We were offered the free breakfat when we checked in. there was personal touch in handing the keys to us. Luggage service was warm and professional. We felt well cared for. The room had great facilities. Most comfortable bed ever! very well cleaned bathroom. heated toilet seat! The place is very attractive and almost all the staff are friendly and helpful. The "1 bedroom"suite" is very large but not what I would call a suite. There is not a separate sitting room or anything like that. Instead there is a very large bathroom with all the normal things done very well and also what looks like a jacuzzi bathtub which I didn't use. And it is in a separate wing from the other part of the hotel and common areas are very quiet and attractive. The only downside was checkin. It wasn't a particularly pleasant experience.

The best airport hotel in the world!
Second visit to this hotel during a transit through Chennai. It is extremely good value, the staff all hard working and attentive. The buffet food is fantastic and the free airport transfer for the short journey makes this a place to spend even just a few hours for your flight connections.
